Product Description

The hand-painted relief on this 2008 Limitat Zoller & Born beer stein has been replicated from the original antique stein first sculpted in 1820. It shows a splendid hunting scene with a hunter mounted atop his mighty steed giving chase to a stag with the help of his hunting dogs. The solid pewter lid has an embossed pewter medallion showing a hunting scene with the phrase “Mich nicht verweil den Hirsch ereil” which translates as: “To Catch a Stag, I Can Not Tarry”.
