Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Beer Boot Shot Glasses (opened/intimate contact products)
  • Any used drinking vessels or products that have been opened from their original sealed packaging.

This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers. Please inspect these items carefully upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship returns without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid shipping label to return the item and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
