Q: Are the glass beer boots and crystal steins fragile?

A: While they are made from quality glass and crystal, they are designed for use. However, they should be handled with care like any fine glassware. We package them extremely securely to prevent damage during transit.

A: Simply browse our menu, select the items you love, and proceed to checkout. You do not need to create an account to place an order, but creating one can make future purchases faster and allow you to track your order history.

A: We ship our German treasures worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

A: We offer two reliable options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
– Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: We process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons like German Christmas, processing may take a little longer, but we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey from our Las Vegas warehouse to your doorstep.
